StockLens AI

StockLens AI is a hospitality stock-intelligence platform built by The Foundry to help operators examine stock, usage and variance more efficiently.

The problem

A product idea that needed to exist as a working, usable tool rather than a concept.

The work

Product design and build: interface, brand, and front-end delivery of the AI product.

  • Product and interface design
  • Brand identity
  • Front-end build
  • Marketing site and product presentation

The outcome

A live product, built and shipped in-house.

How it fits within OperatorOS

OperatorOS brings together commercial performance, operations, pricing, purchasing, labour, marketing, customer behaviour, digital and technology. Where stock performance is relevant, StockLens AI can be used as a specialist tool within that process.

It may support the review of product usage, recipe performance, stock variance, missing stock and gross-profit opportunities alongside EPOS, purchasing and operating information.

StockLens AI is one tool within OperatorOS — not the complete methodology, not an automatic Venue Yield Score and not a replacement for operator analysis.

The service behind it

This project was delivered through hospitality website and app design, with identity work from hospitality branding and design. See the Solace Performance case study for the other live build.
