These terms cover use of this website. The terms for any paid work are agreed separately in writing before that work begins.

Using this site

You're welcome to read, share and link to anything here. The content, design, artwork and code belong to The Foundry and shouldn't be reproduced as your own or resold. Venue Yield™, Venue Yield Score™, OperatorOS™ and OperatorOS Growth Partner™ are used by The Foundry to identify its own commercial measure, method and services.

What we offer

The Foundry is an operator-led hospitality commercial performance partner. Venue Yield™ is the commercial measure and OperatorOS™ is the method used to improve it. Current categories of work are:

  • Venue Yield Review™ — a fixed-scope commercial diagnosis and improvement plan
  • OperatorOS Growth Partner™ — ongoing monthly commercial optimisation
  • Digital projects — websites, booking funnels, automation and internal tools
  • New openings and repositioning support
  • Pre-Acquisition Venue Yield Review™
  • Bespoke commercial projects, including multi-site groups and turnarounds
  • Standalone consultancy sessions and advisory
  • Social media, branding, design and digital implementation delivered as implementation capabilities within OperatorOS work or as standalone services

Prices and scope

Prices are those displayed on the relevant live pages — see pricing and what we do. Prices shown are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise, are current at the time of publishing and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated.

Final scope, price, timing, term and any notice requirements for your business are confirmed in writing before work starts, and that written agreement takes precedence over anything described on these pages. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.

Analysis, results and limits

A Venue Yield Score™, the findings and the opportunities identified depend on the information made available to us and on the scope agreed for that piece of work. Where information is incomplete or unavailable, the analysis reflects that.

The Foundry does not guarantee savings, revenue uplift, margin improvement, profit or any other financial result. Nothing is charged as a percentage of savings. Commercial operator analysis is not regulated financial advice, and it is not legal, accounting or property advice or a substitute for formal due diligence. Decisions about your own business remain yours.

StockLens AI

StockLens AI is a specialist hospitality stock-intelligence tool that may be used as an optional supporting input within relevant OperatorOS work, where stock performance is in scope and suitable information is available. StockLens AI is not OperatorOS, and it does not by itself produce a complete Venue Yield Score™. Separate product terms apply if a client chooses to subscribe to StockLens AI directly.
