How do the packages work?
Our packages are designed to provide predictable ongoing support. Scope, term, notice period and any future package changes are agreed clearly before work begins, so you know exactly what is included and what the monthly cost will be.
Do you take on one-off projects?
Yes. Brand concepts, websites, apps and campaign work can be quoted as standalone projects, and the consultancy offers are all available as one-offs.
Do you work with multi-venue operators?
Yes. We work with independent sites and with operators running more than one venue. Coverage is scoped and agreed up front so the creative and operator support match the number of sites involved.
Who creates the content?
We do. Content planning, copy and artwork are handled by us; where in-venue capture is needed we plan it around your service so it doesn't get in the way of trade.
